Lucy we are excited to have you here today, and anxious to discuss what Off the Shelf is all about. Before we chat about the book, let's chat a little bit about you. All right?

Evie: What makes Lucy, Lucy?

Lucy: Wow, that's a great question. I guess it's my work, my friends, my family and my other half. And me, of course!

Evie:  What do you like to do when you have free time?

Lucy: Read, watch TV and films, go walking in the countryside, camping, visiting stately homes and ancient monuments.

Evie: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live and why?

Lucy: The Peak District, in the UK. Why, because it's my favourite place in the world.

Evie: What makes Off the Shelf a must read and why readers shouldn't miss it?

Lucy: It's a must read because it's a smokin' hot erotic romance with the most adorable, lovable, gorgeous hero ever! It was also great fun to write and I love both the main characters. They're awesome and crazy all at the same time.

Evie: Can you share a sneak peek of your upcoming work?

Lucy: I'm not 100% sure when this will be released, but my story, Miri on the Wall is coming soon from Ravenous Romance as part of their Dangerous Curves anthology...
Callum had other models, but it was Miri who was on the wall. His studio was covered with the paintings and sketches of her he'd done over the months they'd known one another. Each time he completed a new work, he'd take another model down, and put Miri up. In the  beginning, it appeared that Callum was taking care to adorn his walls with his most recent works. But gradually, every piece was replaced by one of Miri, despite the fact he was still working with other models. Those pieces were either sold or stored. Callum's friends questioned him about it, but he merely shrugged.
"She's beautiful. Can you blame me for wanting to surround myself with beauty?"
His friends exchanged exasperated looks, but let it lie. He was right, of course. Miri was beautiful. She was Callum's only plus sized model and his likenesses were truly a sight to behold. The way the brushstrokes seemed to capture the perfection of her coffee coloured curves was breathtaking.  Of course, they were all the better for the love and lust poured into them. Nobody looked at Miri in quite the way Callum did.
Until the day he painted Miri in the nude.
They hooked up after she'd answered an ad for a rubenesque model, but nudity had never been part of the deal. Sure, during some of the sittings she'd done, Miri would wear a top that showed off her ample cleavage, or jeans which hugged her ass. But that was as far as it went. Over months, Callum happily immortalised a fully-clothed Miri; the glint in her eyes, her devilish grin, crazy corkscrew curls and beautiful buxom figure.
When Callum received an anonymous commission for a nude rubenesque painting, he panicked. Most of his other models were more than happy to take their clothes off for him – in a manner of speaking – but none of them were curvy. They were lithe and athletic, with perky breasts and firm buttocks. Out of his contacts, only Miri had the beautiful abundance of flesh that the client was looking for. Added to this, the required turnaround for the completed work was fast. He wouldn't have time to find anyone else, and the money was too good to be passed on.
Callum gulped when he accepted that he was going to have to ask Miri if she'd consider it. At least he'd be able to offer her a good fee. Part of him hoped she'd turn it down. Fully clothed, she drove him insane with lust. He was petrified of how his cock would react when the object of his abject adoration took her clothes off and posed for him. He had horrifying visions of reverting to a pre-pubescent boy and coming in his pants.
